Claiming to have "everything in footwear but feet", this Indiana business chose an odd giveaway to advertise shoes.  Would you want to insert an aluminum foot in your book?  The date is uncertain, probably early 1900s, and it once had a tassel and still has a ring attached to the toe.  Submitted by Laine Farley
