Bookmark Collectors Virtual Convention

This little gem came in a box made to look like a book.  The front has a charming design of a deco flower decal on a red metal clip.  Not visible in the scan is a little spring with a metal shaft that fits into the book.  This was made by the NeverLose company in Los Angeles, probably in the 1940s.  It is marked "Pat. Pend." but I can find no evidence of a patent.  Maybe it didn't live up to its billing after all.  Submitted by Laine Farley
